Occupational Therapy 

Anna Vander Haeghe graduated with a BSc in OT with distinction from University of Alberta in 1998.  She has worked extensively in rural Alberta since that time, creating OT Alberta Health Service departments in both Whitecourt and Edson.  She transitioned to private practice in 2013 and is passionate about her work.  She enjoys presenting about interoception and vision rehab across North America.  She fills her free time with community volunteering, camping, pottery and supporting her two teenagers in their interests and activities.  Check out her website for more information.

Skylar Birkenhagen graduated with a MSc in OT with distinction from University of Alberta in 2020 and immediately joined up with the LEAP team and has been a great compliment to the OT team.  Skylar has great skills working with neurodiverse youth and has additional training in vision rehabilitation.  She fills her free time with hiking, camping, helping on the family cattle farm and enjoying her and her husband's dogs.
